Description:
Role and Responsibilities :- Product Ownership: Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and feature requests.- Agile Planning and Execution: Lead the agile planning process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning, to ensure timely delivery of product increments and features.- Scrum Master Responsibilities: Act as the Scrum Master for the development team, facilitating sprint ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to drive the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands.- User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences, incorporating user feedback and usability testing into product iterations.- Product Metrics and KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to drive product decisions and optimizations.- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology or pet wellness industry.- Strong background in program management and stakeholder engagement.- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.- Familiarity with agile development processes and lean methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
