Unqork Solutions Architect & Team Lead We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications using the Unqork platform.You will leverage your expertise in Unqork and low-code development to translate business needs into robust and scalable solutions, while also guiding and mentoring a team of configurators.Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of Unqork applications, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements.- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.- Develop and maintain solution architecture documents, interface specifications, and technical design documents.- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to a team of Unqork configurators, fostering their growth and development.- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes continuous learning and innovation.- Oversee all stages of the development lifecycle, adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Possess strong programming skills in languages relevant to Unqork development (experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON is a plus).- Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer.Requirements:- 10+ years of experience in software development and implementation.- Proven experience building and launching digital applications using the Unqork platform.- Strong understanding of low-code development principles and best practices.- Unqork Certified Configurator (Expert Configurator status preferred).- Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver successful solutions.- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide a team.- Experience with technical application design and translating functional requirements into technical specifications.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- A technical background with a B.Tech, M. Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent is preferred.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. (ref:hirist.tech)
