Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master'sProfessional Experience :- Experience in fintech or financial services : At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry to understand the regulatory and compliance environment.- Proven track record with Oracle BRM : Direct experience with Oracle BRM implementations, upgrades, or maintenance, ideally within a fintech environment.10+ years of Project Management experience : - Plan and implement projects- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables- Define tasks and required resources- Collect and manage project team- Manage budget- Allocate project resources- Create a schedule and project timeline- Track deliverables- Support and direct team- Lead quality assurance- Monitor and report on project progress- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs- Evaluate and assess the result of the projectExperience working in multinational and multicultural environments : As fintech often involves cross-border transactions and multi-regional compliance issues, experience in international settings is a plus. Technical Skills :Oracle BRM expertise : - Functional understanding of Oracle BRM functionalities, rating, billing & Invoicing system processes, and how it integrates with other systems.- IT and software development knowledge : Familiarity with software development life cycles, database management, and possibly some coding experience.- Analytical skills : Ability to analyze data and user requirements to ensure that the Oracle BRM system meets the business goals effectively.- Functional knowledge of Legal and Regulatory requirements of Billing system implementation in Brazil. Soft Skills :- Strong leadership and communication skills : Essential for managing diverse teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Problem-solving skills : Ability to address technical or project-related issues as they arise, with innovative and effective solutions- Adaptability and resilience : The capacity to handle the fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable nature of fintech projects.
