Role : SAP Solution Architect Fulltime. Location : Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai (Hybrid). Experience : 9 - 11 years. Shift : - 12:30PM-9:30PM / 2PM-11PM (Some time overlap with CST time zone during morning hours.) Notice Period - 0 - 30 Days Maximum. Primary Skills: SAP S4 HANA System Conversion; SAP Solutions. Secondary Skill: SAP SD, SAP S/4 HANA Conversion & SAP System Upgrade, SAP MM, SAP FI. Job Description:.- Need a strong SAP Solution Architect to partner with client and act as advisor for the SAP Transformation journey they are about to start.- Decide which modules to implement, when to implement, in what sequence they need to be implemented, etc.- They will certainly have the basic modules like SAP SD, MM, FICO, etc.- This is going to be for SAP S4 HANA greenfield implementation.- Acts as a critical client contact and strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle of a SAP S/4HANA solution implementation.- Engage with customers in executive meetings, solution workshops, and design sessions.- Clearly articulate the business value of SAP solutions through thoughtful presentations and demos.- Engages, grows, and maintains high-level executive relationships within both the Clients business and IT community.Minimum Qualifications & Skills:.- Minimum of 10 years of IT Solution development and client-facing experience.- Minimum of 5 years of SAP Architect experience.- Bachelors Degree and/or demonstrated competency.- Excellent presentation and communication skills English.- Experienced in leading a team and client through solution discussions - Demonstrated history of building and managing relationships at executive levels.- Ability to work well under pressure, executes results against strategy, and meets critical deadlines.- Knowledge of multiple estimation techniques and solution methodologies.- Be a team player Desirable Qualities:- Demonstrates ownership of work, passion for the job, and an unfaltering desire to win.- Ability to support and thrive in a virtual environment.- Ability to influence client and internal decisions.- Some time overlap with CST time zone during morning hours.
