Position Overview :- As our Product Manager for Launches, your role will be pivotal in the successful launch of our core product offering.- This involves understanding the client's problems and to see how the core platform can deliver key outcomes for the client.- It requires a deep understanding of the current platform offering as well as how the platform interacts with the various third party systems.- In addition to this, as a voice of customer you will actively contribute to the roadmap, helping us address the challenges faced by the clients and synthesize that as an intake into the core platform team.Roles And Responsibilities :- Work in close collaboration with the client delivery, core product team, third party connectors and engineering teams to deliver the key outcomes for the client.- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing improvement.- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions and refine strategies.- Champion a user-centric approach throughout the product development process, ensuring products meet and exceed user expectations.- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure that development teams understand and deliver on product requirements.- Take ownership of delivering client KPIs in alignment with our product strategy,- Contribute to the improvement of our core product offerings based on insights from client engagement and delivery.- Proactively identify risks and skillfully navigate solutions to ensure successful product launches.- Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.Must Have Skills :- Overall with 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B2C SaaS products.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to champion the customer's perspective.- Experience with the SVPG model is much preferred.- Should have strong experience in launching new products from ideation to the market.- Should have a strong start-up culture.- Should have very good experience building products in using MVP and iterative approach.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and a proven track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders.- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform product decisions.- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Experience : 8-15 Years (ref:hirist.tech)
