About the job:- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify issues- Respond to alerts promptly and take necessary actions to prevent service disruptions- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions - Identify areas for improvement in processes, automation, and tooling- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline- Ensure that DevOps processes and tools align with security best practices and compliance requirements- Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and implement security measures- This set of responsibilities reflects the combination of support engineering tasks, DevOps tool expertise, and a focus on microservices and Fast APIs within the context of a technology-driven environment.- The role requires a blend of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with development and operations teamsRequirements:- L2 Support Engineer with expertise in DevOps tools such as Ansible, Puppet, microservices, and Fast APIs,- Respond to and resolve Level 2 support incidents related to applications, infrastructure, and DevOps tools- Collaborate with other support levels and teams to ensure timely issue resolution- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of issues related to the deployment and configuration of microservices and Fast APIs- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions- Utilize DevOps tools, including Ansible and Puppet, to automate deployment, configuration, and management processes- Maintain and enhance automation scripts and playbooks- Provide support for microservices architecture, addressing issues related to deployment, scalability, and performance- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and optimize microservices applications- Support Fast API implementations, ensuring the stability and performance of API services- Troubleshoot issues related to API integration and functionality (ref:hirist.tech)
