Vtex Developer Responsibilities :- Develop and implement custom features, functionalities, and integrations on the VTEX platform to support business requirements.- Customize and extend VTEX themes and templates to create visually appealing and user-friendly online stores.- Integrate third-party systems and services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers, marketing tools) with the VTEX platform using APIs.- Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability through code optimization, caching strategies, and infrastructure enhancements.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors within the VTEX platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for users.Requirements :- 5+ years of experience as a VTEX developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of VTEX projects.- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js) for frontend development on the VTEX platform.- Experience with backend technologies and databases (e.g., Node.js) for backend development and data management within the VTEX ecosystem.- VTEX certification(s) or training is a plus.
