Description:

This job requires 50% travel within Bangalore. Therefore, only candidates who are open to traveling should apply.Experience : 1 to 4 yearsJob Requirement : Immediate- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking- Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.- Traveling to the client's location or connecting via a remote link.- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs- Knowledge of troubleshooting outlook and email problems- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.- Responding to client support requests.- Good communication skills in English- Working knowledge in trouble shooting O365 / G-Suite- Setting up meeting rooms for Video conferencing - Installation and troubleshooting of End point security.
