Job Description :- Develop and implement test automation strategies, frameworks, and scripts to efficiently and effectively test software applications.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA team members to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.- Design and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks.- Monitor and analyse test results, report and track software defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.- Identify opportunities for test automation process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our testing methodologies and best practices.- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in test automation to continuously improve our testing processes.- Maintain and enhance test automation scripts and frameworks to accommodate changes in software applications.- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities to ensure quality and consistency in our test automation efforts.Skills :- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python. - Hands-on experience with industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Maven, TestNG, REST Assured etc. - Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and QA processes. - Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Continuous learning mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing technologies and trends - 2-3 years of proven experience in test automation engineering, designing and implementing automated testing solutions for software applications. - Bachelor's Degree - Expertise statistical and analytical- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Ability for critical thinking & creativity - Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving (ref:hirist.tech)
