We believe in flexibility and want you to bring your skills to wherever they can make an impact.Position Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Tester with a strong background in testing mobile applications on both Android (aOS) and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in mobile testing, with a profound understanding of automated testing tools and methodologies. Additionally, expertise in analyzing code details and ensuring high code quality is essential. The candidate must be well-versed in software development architectures such as MVC (Model-View-Controller) and MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel), and proficient in Agile methodologies. This role requires proficiency in running Scrum processes and excellent program management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs from the testing team.Responsibilities :Mobile Application Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of mobile applications on Android (aOS) and iOS platforms to ensure optimal functionality, usability, and performance.Automated Testing: Develop, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.Code Review and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with development teams to review code, identify bugs, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, thereby maintaining high code quality.Architecture Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of software development architectures, including MVC and MVVM, to effectively assess application design and functionality.Agile Methodologies: Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with project goals.Scrum Mastery: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery.Quality Assurance Management: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products within designated timelines.Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by effectively communicating with team members, providing guidance, mentoring junior testers, and promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.Program Management: Coordinate and prioritize testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring resource optimization, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational objectives.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on mobile applications.Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Appium, Selenium, or XCTest.Strong understanding of software development architectures, including MVC and MVVM.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly in running Scrum processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products within designated timelines.Experience in program management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) are a plus.Implement solutions to optimize web application performance.DIVEROID is an inclusive employer.
