Would be responsible to enhance talent acquisition by suggesting improvements... Employer Brand Strategy: Shaping the employers brand for attracting top talent. Has to contribute to Employees Growth. HR Technology Familiarity: Proficiency in HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), is necessary. They leverage these tools for efficient HR operations. Monitoring HR Metrics: Tracking turnover rates, cost-per-hire, and other metrics helps optimize HR processes. Data-driven decisions enhance workforce management. Budget Review and Learning Programs: Reviewing departmental budgets ensures resource allocation aligns with HR priorities. Organizing learning and development programs contributes to employee growth. Employee Relations and Grievance Handling: Create a Positive work environment by addressing employees grievance and request promptly. Play a key role in maintaining healthy employee relations.
