Optimise database regularly: clean up, validate, and manage unsubscribes and 'do not contact' lists for effective email marketing Simplified Essential Skills: 2+ years experience in email marketing Good eye to detail Good analytical skill Database management and clean up Essential Skills: 2-4 years of experience in email marketing Should be familiar with email automation tool and personalization Have experience in running cold outreach email campaign for large database Good data management and segmentation skill Essential: Technical skills aside, what are the main things you are looking for when hiring for this role?
