We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and security of our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Basis administration, a proven track record of success in complex environments, and a commitment to maintaining a robust and reliable SAP infrastructure.Responsibilities : - Oversee the availability, scalability, and resilience of various SAP systems, ensuring seamless operation and business continuity.- Safeguard the integrity of the SAP environment by meticulously managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) for controlled promotion of configuration and development objects.- Implement and maintain multiple SAP instances across development, testing, training, and production environments.- Introduce technical changes through a structured approach that minimizes risks and maximizes reliability, availability, and performance (SLAs) for each SAP instance.- Design and configure the SAP landscape for optimal performance, scalability, and resource utilization.- Proactively monitor SAP system health, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures to maintain peak performance.- Research and implement solutions for Basis functionalities related to performance monitoring, tuning, and system configuration, adhering to SAP Best Practices.- Contribute to the design and optimization of the SAP systems architecture for long-term scalability and efficiency.Requirements : - A minimum of 12+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant with a proven track record of success in complex SAP environments.- In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis administration tasks, tools, and methodologies.- Expertise in managing the SAP CTS process for controlled change management.- Extensive experience in implementing and maintaining multi-instance SAP landscapes (development, test, training, production).- Strong understanding of SAP system configuration, performance optimization, and security best practices.- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Basis issues effectively.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive problem identification and resolution.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
