SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant to join our team and lead complex Sales & Distribution (SD) implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in guiding clients through S/4HANA SD implementations, with in-depth knowledge of business processes, configuration expertise, and strong leadership qualities.Responsibilities : - Lead and manage all phases of SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, from project preparation and requirement gathering to configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization (minimum of 2 full E2E implementations required).- Map and configure end-to-end business processes within the SAP SD module, ensuring alignment with client needs.- Assume a lead role in interacting directly with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. - Leverage at least 2 years of combined experience in implementing or migrating clients to SAP S/4HANA.- Contribute at least 2 years of expertise in business process knowledge and blueprinting methodologies.- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, conduct thorough fit-gap analysis, and propose effective solutions to address identified gaps.- Apply strong technical and problem-solving skills to overcome implementation challenges and ensure successful - project outcomes.- Deliver impactful key user and end-user training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and user adoption.Requirements : - A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with a demonstrably successful track record.- Proven experience leading and managing full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA SD implementations (minimum 2 E2E projects).- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD functionalities and configuration best practices.- Strong understanding of business process mapping, analysis, and improvement methodologies.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.- Prior experience in conducting training sessions for SAP SD users.
