Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful FI/CO implementations and support projects.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and executing complex SAP projects, with strong configuration skills, functional knowledge, and a passion for continuous learning.Responsibilities:- Participate in all phases of the SAP FI/CO lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization. (Experience in at least 2 full E2E implementations is required).- Deliver successful project outcomes for rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing support projects (minimum of 3 projects in each category).- Demonstrate strong expertise in configuring core FI/CO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting).- Possess a deep understanding of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) concepts and functionalities.- Develop clear and concise functional specifications for complex WRICEF (Work bench, Reporting, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement Framework) developments.- Analyze and adapt to existing customizations within client landscapes, ensuring seamless integration.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP FICO, including SAP HANA (basic knowledge preferred).Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.- Experience in all phases of the SAP FI/CO implementation lifecycle (E2E experience preferred).- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.- Proven experience in writing clear and functional specifications.- Experience in understanding and working with existing customizations within a client's SAP landscape.
