Job Description:We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience.This is a contract role for a duration of 6+ months, with the possibility of extension.- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, with expertise in automation, Windows server environments, Active Directory, O365 administration, Citrix infrastructure, and desktop support.- This role requires proficiency in basic automation processes, space cleanups, software installations, and third-line fault finding.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.- Manage and maintain Windows server environments, including Active Directory and O365 services.- Oversee Citrix infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.- Provide desktop support and resolve escalated technical issues.- Conduct system optimizations and implement software installations.- Serve as a third-line escalation point for complex technical problems.Skills & Requirements:Educational Qualifications: Bachelors'/Masters'- Extensive experience in system administration, particularly with Windows Server environments.- Strong proficiency in Active Directory and O365 Administration.- Expertise in Citrix administration and desktop support.- Experience with automation tools, particularly PowerShell.- Excellent troubleshooting skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization) are a plus.
