This is Senior level position looking for resource who has work experience on Material Management on SAP with Excellent communication skills.Work location: Bangalore, Manyata Tech Park Hebbal. Mode: Work from Office. Shift timing: General Shift. Material Master Data Governance : The Data Governance Office (DGO) Material Specialist will be responsible for managing our material management framework for improving data quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and accessibility across the enterprise. Together with key stakeholders across the company, the Material Vetting Specialist is responsible for reviewing all new material creations. Ensuring materials are properly coded and accurate to maintain smooth business operations.DGO) Material Specialist is responsible for reviewing all new material request and classifying the materials correctly to prepare then to be loaded into SAP. This will include research activities to validate information is correct via third party websites.DGO Material Specialist will be required to troubleshoot master data errors. This can include understanding how a material functions from a master data perspective and ability to explain to others.DGO Material Specialist will need to have good attention to detail, be able to independently research items.Primary Roles & Responsibilities. - New Material master data Requests, determine attributes and ensure correct entry. - Knowledge of SAP Material and Partner Master Data Management. - The Material Master Data ensuring timely and professionally communication to users, management, and senior leadership with repetitive issues. - With cross-functional teams to validate adherence to master data policies and correct non-adherence where appropriate. - The process of validation and corrections via audit reports to ensure standardization daily.As a subject matter expert (SME) in the DGO operations. - Analytical skills to identify material coding. - Understanding of Manufactures and technology products is required. - A Change Ambassador, promoting and ensuring adoption of new processes or implementations across Black Box.- That only approved and valid changes are allowed into a production environment. - Other duties as assigned based on business needs.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:- Be methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized.- Ability to translate IT service business needs into system and master data requirements.- Communication and presentation skills and ability to interact appropriately in a matrixed environment with all levels of the organization.- The interrelationship and impact of master data on functions/applications and to be able to explain to key members in the business.- To work with and present information to no technical employees. - To work as part of a team to drive results. Education/Experience Requirements:- Degree in business or computer science or related experience, required. - 6+ years relevant experience in data management and analysis or other related fields. - Knowledge of SAP Material and Partner Master Data Management. - With computer system validation and validated testing is a plus.
