Must have :- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics.- Demonstrated experience in independently driving business insights through data- 3-6 years of experience in Data Visualization skills like Tableau, PowerBI and open source tools like D3, Angular- Experience working with multiple business teams and understanding the dashboard requirements, KPI mapping and come up with estimates, design of the dashboards- Experience in architecting the visualization environment have confidence in answering and providing justification for the solutions proposed for the visualization development- Hands on experience in at least 1 relational database like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc.- Experience working with at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Good to have :- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.- Advanced Excel including VBA and PowerPoint skills- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to the businessThis position requires a strong data visualization developer who can take the requirements come up with the designs should have the ability to draw out insights of the data using Tableau, Angular or other viz tools. - Have strong data story telling capability who can bring the data insights as a story board or dashboard and present it to stakeholder. - Should be a leader who can drive business decisions and issue resolution through collaboration. - Proven ability to deliver results is a must. - Experienced in managing and/or delivering capabilities in an agile environment.
