Work Model : Work OfficeExperience : 8+ yearsJob Description :- Candidate must have fundamental understanding of ISMS Framework.- Candidate should have a security certification like ISO 27001 LA, LI, PCI DSS Implementer.- Candidate should have participated in atleast 1 ISO 27001 Implementation project.- Candidate should have good communication skills and ability to make and prepare management presentations.- Candidate should have atleast minimum of 2 years work experience.- Candidate should have experience in providing awareness training.- Knowledge on risk management would be preference.Responsibilities :- GRC Framework Development and Implementation : Assist in developing or improving the organization's GRC framework, including policies, procedures, and controls.- Risk Management : Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats, analyze their likelihood and impact, and develop risk mitigation strategies.- Compliance Management : Help the organization comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies.- This may involve tasks like gap analysis, control design, and implementation of compliance programs.- Internal Controls - Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen risk mitigation strategies.- Governance Processes : Advise on best practices for governance processes, ensuring ethical conduct and transparency within the organization.- Incident Management : Develop and implement incident response plans to address security breaches, data leaks, or other compliance failures.- Training and Awareness : Conduct training programs to educate employees on GRC policies, procedures, and their roles in maintaining compliance.- GRC Technology Implementation : May be involved in selecting and implementing GRC software solutions to streamline risk management and compliance processes.
