Overview :We are looking for an experienced and skilled RPA professional, with proven experience of supporting, enhancing, and automating via Microsoft Power Platform. Role will see the successful candidate undertake development of business processes and also be a marshal of our code base from citizen developers.Key Accountabilities :- Good Hands-on demonstratable experience delivering maintainable, reusable, scalable and secure Automation processes.- Ability to contribute to both Technical RPA and process, lifecycle improvement sessions.- Experience working within a cross functional team, designing, developing, and maintaining processes.- Flexible to work in shifts (UK hours).Skills & Experience Must Have:- Minimum 3+ years' experience developing on Power Automate Desktop.- Certification in Power Automate PL-500.- Designing solutions with code reuse - Experience working in a CoE model reviewing and approving code from citizen developers.- Delivering RPA solutions using Agile methodology - Fluent in English (both written and verbal.- Able to operate outside of core working hours where required.Technology Requirements:- Experience in creation & deployment of modular & resilient bots - Experience in building bots in both Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop- Experience using staging environments.- Experience deploying flows using Azure DevOps Pipelines- Experience of building flows using AI Builder- Experience of utilising SOAP and RESTful services- Extracting data from structured and non-structured PDF's- Awareness and demonstrated ability of implementation of best practices for bot deployment.Desirables:- Exposure to Automation Anywhere A360- Certification in V11/A2019/A360 - Advanced/Master.- Ability to read and understand VBA code- PowerShell.- Exposure to VB Script/Javascript.- Exposure to .Net, or Automatic Testing, or other RPA tools. - Exposure to HTML/CSS.- Exposure to PL-SQL.- Exposure to Excel Macros.- Exposure to Process Improvement {Lean, Six Sigma}.
