Description:
The Financial Controls team is charged with the design and build of a robust financial controls framework for LSEG. This includes scoping, risk identification, design of controls, testing of those controls, and serving as a 2LoD function for management. The team is part of the larger LSEG Finance organization and reports to the Group Controller. The team also plays a significant role in ensuring that LSEG is ready for anticipated changes following the UK Corporate Governance and Reforms (e. g. introduction of UK SOX).Responsibilities: Key liaison between Oracle functional and Oracle process tower teams (Cash In, Cash Out, Record to Report, and Plan to Perform) in identifying, and understanding business issues and proposing enhancements within the guidelines provided by the Technology team.Lead in developing customized roles and Segregation of Duties (SOD) rules across different Oracle process towers.Lead in defining, and designing SOD-free roles (considering inter-role violations and intra-role violations) across different Oracle process towers.Collaborate with ITGC Snr Manager to ensure Oracle Risk Management and Compliance (ORMC) Modules are appropriately designed and configured to report Oracle SOD violations.Worked alongside the Financial Controls team in developing ORMC's Advanced Access Control (AAC), Advanced Financial Control (AFC), and Financial Reporting and Compliance (FRC).Lead in automation of robust solutions on access management and reporting.Lead in developing and implementing processes and controls concerning the initial provisioning of roles upon going live.Lead in reviewing and maintaining SAP GRC SOD rules.Lead in scheduling synchronization jobs.Supervise GRC Senior Analyst.Requirements: Skills: Governance, risk compliance, GRC, Sox, IT audit, oracle ERP, internal control, financial control.Degree or equivalent relevant professional qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing supporting, enhancing, or implementing GRC modules in ERPM solutions.Strong knowledge/experience in GRC implementation of AAC (including deployment of segregation of duties (SOD) conflict-free user roles; managing sensitive access) and AFC.Robust understanding of Oracle modules (EPM, PO, AP, ORMB, AR, RMCS, GL, FA, CM, and (IT) Security.Strong knowledge of standard and custom roles, standard and custom reports such as OTBI, and BI Reports with an understanding of ESS Jobs.Great working knowledge of IT General controls (ITGC), Cybersecurity risk, and different types of IT automated ITACs including automated interfaces, configurations, reconciliations, calculations, validations, authorizations, SOD, and access restrictions.Great working knowledge of Oracle process towers (Cash In, Cash Out, Record to Report).Strong knowledge of IT Risk Management practices and regulatory requirements.Strong oral and written communication skills.Good command of Office applications.Preferred: Oracle Risk Management Cloud 2023 Implementation Professional 1Z0-1058-23 or any previous versions.US SOX experience.Prior experience in big ERP implementation.
