SCCM Engineer must ensure the organization's systems are online and fully operational When issues occur, it is their job to ensure these problems are minimized.Location : Pune. Work mode : Office. Shift : Rotational (2 way cab facility will be provided within 24 to 25 km distance from Viman nagar office). Responsibilities :- Overall, 4+ years' experience in IT Support and at least 2 years' experience in similar role.- In depth knowledge of SCCM Windows Deployment Services, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.- SCCM architecture, components, features, and functions.- PowerShell scripting and automation.- Software deployment, update management and configuration management through SCCM.- Able to build and distribute software packages through SCCM.- Excellent communication skills with strong focus on listening and probing.- Remedy Ticketing Tool Knowledge.- Can do approach and capability to work in dynamically changing environment.- Hands-on experience on Windows Auto Pilot deployment.- Knowledge of Change Management Life Cycle.- Experience in Microsoft osd task sequence.- Experience with hardware and software issues.- Experience with powershell.- Knowledge of vbscript or powershell.
