Job brief :We are searching for a talented and passionate Software Developer to join our growing backend team. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our robust backend systems. You will work closely with front-end developers and other engineers to ensure a seamless user experience.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement backend services for our FinTech platform using strong coding practices.- Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Develop and maintain efficient and scalable database structures.- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive user data and ensure regulatory compliance.- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase quality.- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate deployments and ensure smooth system operation.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in FinTech and backend development.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Backend Software Developer.- Proficiency in a backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go).- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).- Experience with API development and integration.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration skills.
