About the Job: As a Senior Decision Architect, your role will focus on the strategic implementation and management of end-to-end (E2E) Pega CDH architecture. With your expertise, you will contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and ensure our technical solutions are robust and sustainable.Role: Senior Decision Architect (DA). Location: Chennai/Bangalore. Mode: In-office.KRA:- Strategically implement and manage E2E Pega CDH architecture.- Translate NBA requirements into actionable Pega CDH designs.- Lead requirement discussions with technical focus on Pega CDH capabilities.- Actively engage in deployment process, contributing to technical solutions.- Oversee QA processes to ensure compliance with stringent bank regulations.- Utilize expertise in Pega CDH integration and architecture for successful project delivery.- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.Skill - In-depth knowledge of Pega CDH architecture, functionalities, and integration techniques.- Solid understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies.- Ability to interpret and translate NBA requirements into actionable Pega CDH designs.- Leadership qualities to actively participate in requirement discussions and lead technical focus on Pega CDH capabilities.- Engagement in deployment process for development and implementation of technical solutions.- Oversight of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with stringent bank regulations.
