Business Analyst, GCC, IndiaThe Project Business Analyst contributes broad experience and a high level of expertise in business requirements and solution design. On project assignments of high risk and complexity, the position leads and directs activities such as requirement definition, requirements analysis, solution design, testing, training, and documentation. This position provides technical expertise and stakeholder management on complex initiatives. This position will be Remote at our India location. What are the requirements needed for this position? - Bachelor's Degree-Minimum- 4-6 years of business analyst and/or technical experience- 1-3 years' experience in the mortgage lending or financial services industry- Kofax or General Rules Engine knowledge.- Experience in the technical and business project implementation.- Experience in Business Requirement gathering in Waterfall and Agile Environments.- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, very strong work ethic, ability to switch effortlessly between business and technical terminology, learn quickly, multitask and meet deadlines.- Requires excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills; Excellent oral, writing, and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical information to all levels of internal and external project teams.- Ability to plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and execute activities. - Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.What other skills/experience would be helpful to have ?- Basic SQL Experience.- Excels in the following business applications: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Visio Process Flows.- Works under minimal supervision.- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to management, team members, business and technology professionals.- Ability to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction.- Ability to presenting ideas and findings in meetings.- Ability to be adaptable to a variety of project team roles, such as analyst, tester, documentation writer, trainer, team lead or mentor.- Ability to develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staff.- High level of expertise in a variety of application and business areas.Mandatory Skills : - 4 -6 years technology and/or business analyst experience +- MS Office Exp +- Agile-Scrum exp +- SQL +Bachelor's Degree :- 1-3 years mortgage lending or financial services industry experience +- Kofax or general rules engine working knowledge.Working hours :- 4:30 PM IST - 1:30 AM IST (7:00 AM EST - 4:00 PM EST) (ref:hirist.tech)
