Job Description :Role : Android Systems EngineerExperience : 5 to 8 years experience in software development. Successful track record and experience in developing & maintaining software systems independently.Mandatory Skills : - Problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues to take ownership and strive for the best solutions.- Using performance analysis tools, such as Android Profiler, Traceview, perfetto, and Systrace etc.- Strong understanding of Android architecture, memory management, and threading.- Strong understanding of Android HALs, Car Framework, Android graphics pipeline, DRM, Codecs.- Good knowledge in Hardware abstraction layers in Android and/or Linux.- Good understanding of the git, CI/CD workflow. - Experience in agile based projects with Linux as a development platform and target.- Experience with Jenkins and Gitlab CI systems.Desired Skills : - Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, Grafana, Prometheus and/or Elastic search with different testing frameworks and their implementation in CI system.- Programming using C/C++, Java/Kotlin, Linux and its use in CI Environments with ASPICE.Job Responsibilities :- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.- Perform root cause analysis for problems on production platform.- Build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.- The best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.- Documentation of High-Level, Low-Level design, Source code and Unit Tests.- Communication with partners, suppliers and within the team.Position Details : Job Type : Full-timeLocation : Bangalore.
