Description:
Job Description :- 8 -10 years of programming experience in developing web applications.- Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies.- 5+ years of building React JS based applications.- Demonstrated ability writing well-abstracted, reusable, highly performant code for UI components.- Demonstrated experience building responsive, web and mobile applications using ReactJS, HTML 5, CSS3 technologies.- Expertise in Redux and Typescript.- Knowledge on front-end design patterns and data structures.- Experience with Bitbucket, git or other source control solutions.- Knowledge of service integration using REST/GraphQL APIs.- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.- Knowledge of Security and performance optimization.- Knowledge of web development process such design, development, and deployment.- Perform well in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.- Implementation experience on React Native is an advantage.- Knowledge of Node.JS and AWS or any other cloud services is an advantage.- Knowledge of Angular, Vue js is an advantage.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the development of React.JS applications and establish coding standards- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and coaching to team members- Architect scalable and reusable React.JS components and libraries- Participate in system design and provide input on best practices and approaches- Implement and enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of software solutions- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React.JS and front-end development- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs- Act as a technical liaison with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members- Plan and prioritize technical tasks and provide clear timelines and estimations- Contribute to the technical documentation and provide support during the deployment and testing phases- Resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions- Mentor and coach junior developers and provide technical leadership (ref:hirist.tech)
