Job Description :Work Mode : Remote- Leverage technologies and tools such as Coveo, Cognigy, LLM and generative AI to develop and integrate tools that enhance the support agent and user experience, including streamlined search functionality.- Work on developing products that will add value to the support organization.- You'll be working in Typescript, React, NodeJS, Jest/Cypress, Redis, MongoDB, Terraform, and Kubernetes, all on the Azure Cloud- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer support, to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in customer portal development, search integration, and AI, incorporating them as needed.What you'll bring to the team :- Proven track record (3+ years' experience) of engineering world-class, large-scale commercial applications and web services.- Experience with search integration technologies, such as Coveo, and AI technologies, such as LLM and generative AI.- Experience with building heavily trafficked websites at scale in a full-stack environment.- Experience with Typescript/Javascript or another modern programming language, backed by solid computer science fundamentals.- Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data management/persistence on large distributed systems.- Nice to have: experience with cloud services at scale on Azure, AWS, or GCP.- Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including agile development and CI/CD.- An ability to work collaboratively with globally distributed teams, but also the ability to work with the agility and speed of a startup.Skill set : Typescript, React, NodeJS, Jest/Cypress, Redis, MongoDB, Terraform, and Kubernetes, all on the Azure Cloud with Coveo, and AI technologies, such as LLM and generative AI.
