Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions. The role requires proficiency in Java programming, along with in-depth knowledge of various Java frameworks, tools, and technologies. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and possess excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to mentor junior team members.Key Responsibilities : Software Development : - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions using Java programming language.Technical Leadership : - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.Project Planning and Execution : - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, define technical solutions, and estimate development efforts.- Execute development tasks according to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.Code Review and Quality Assurance : - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and proper documentation.- Implement and maintain automated testing processes to ensure software quality and reliability.Performance Optimization : - Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize software performance to meet scalability and efficiency requirements.Technical Documentation : - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and code documentation, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing : - Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth and development.Qualifications and Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.- Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Struts.- Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, JDBC, and ORM frameworks (e.g.,Hibernate).- Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
