Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled Selenium Test Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing and test automation using Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading testing teams, designing test strategies, and implementing automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver. The role requires expertise in creating and executing test plans, managing test environments, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications. The candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities :Test Strategy and Planning :- Develop test strategies and plans for software testing projects, including defining test objectives, scope, and timelines.Selenium Test Automation :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Selenium-based test automation frameworks to automate test cases for web applications.Test Case Design and Execution :- Design and develop test cases and test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to testing standards.Test Environment Management :- Manage test environments, including setting up and configuring test environments, deploying applications, and troubleshooting environment issues.Defect Management :- Implement defect management processes, including defect logging, tracking, prioritization, and resolution, to ensure timely resolution of issues.Test Reporting and Metrics :- Generate test reports and metrics to provide insights into the quality and reliability of software applications, and track progress against testing goals and objectives.Team Leadership :- Lead and mentor testing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure the successful completion of testing projects.Stakeholder Communication :- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.Continuous Improvement :- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization in the testing process, and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Selenium test automation.- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, or other programming languages used for test automation.- Experience in leading testing teams and managing testing projects.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
