ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :- Should be able to work as an individual contributor and maintain good relationship with stakeholders.- Should be proactive to learn new skills per business requirement.- Familiar with extraction of relevant data, cleanse and transform data into insights that drive business value, through use of data analytics, data visualization and data modeling techniques.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :- Technical Bachelor's Degree.- Non-Technical Degree holders should have 4+ years of relevant experience.PREFERRED SKILLS :MUST HAVE :- Strong MS PowerBI skills.- Good experience in HR & Talent Data and Analytics domain.- Excellent knowledge of SQL.- Good MS Excel skills- Data analysis, Business analysis- Database management and reporting- Critical-thinking and problem-solving- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills- Review and validate customer data as it's collected- Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse- Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases- Monitor analytics and metrics results- Good knowledge of ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.- Implement new data analysis methodologies- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomaliesGOOD TO HAVE :- Python & R.WORK EXPERIENCE :- 3+ years of relevant experience ADDITIONAL NOTES :- Should be ready work in US or UK shift primarily starting at 3pm IST or 6pm IST or 9pm IST.
