Role : Senior Rust Developer - Back-end services should be designed and implemented with security, dependability, and performance in mind - Use Rust to create and manage safe and effective back-end services - Create and execute data intake pipelines with performance and scalability in mind - Work in secure computer settings, such as creating apps inside of secure environments - Work together to create microservices and put CI/CD pipelines into place - Take part in database optimization, design, and scalability improvements - Participate in the creation and upkeep of frameworks and tools for data observability - Maintain strict adherence to security guidelines and compliance in all database administration procedures - Have a growth mentality and stay current on the newest innovations and trends in your business Job Requirements :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) - At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a software developer - Demonstrable experience working with Rust and other related technologies - Prolific experience creating scalable, secure back-end systems - Thorough understanding of secure-by-design concepts and background in safe computer environments- Extensive background in creating and managing pipelines for data intake and egress Competence with CI/CD procedures and microservices architecture- Proficiency with database architecture, scaling, and optimization In-depth knowledge of data observability principles and resources - Solid comprehension of database administration compliance requirements and security procedures - Growth mentality that is dedicated to lifelong learning and development - Fluent in conversational and written English communication Skills: rust, design, security (ref:hirist.tech)
