Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in IndiaExperience:Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter) Role and responsibilities Campaign Management Develop and execute Paid Search and Social strategies, collaboratingwith the Director in strategy review meetings. Plan, launch, and navigate campaign journeys with precision, making surethey align perfectly with client briefs and our standards. Optimise campaigns for direct response, troubleshoot errors, and meetclient targets efciently. Team Management & Development Delegate tasks to Account Executives, managing workloads and expectations for campaign activities. Take responsibility for the technical development of the Account Executive team, providing training and feedback to enhance their skills.
