The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiplayer games, AAA game development, Photon networking, and proven leadership experience. As the Unity 3D Lead Developer, you will play a key role in shaping our projects and driving the development team to success.Responsibilities :- Develop game functionality based on communicated design specifications.- Translate design specifications into functional and efficient game code.- Work closely with other team members, including designers, artists, and other developers, to implement core game features and functionalities.- Collaborate with team members to establish an effective pipeline and integrate media assets.- Utilize Unity and C# to develop robust game logic and intuitive user interfaces.- Ensure the highest performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games.- Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding and supporting them throughout the project lifecycle.- Oversee and optimize game architecture and design to improve performance and scalability.- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in game development.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development and post-launch.- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Unity development.- Proficient in C# with a strong knowledge of its ecosystems.- Experience with multiplayer games and Photon networking.- Familiarity with level design and planning.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Passion for game development and a commitment to creating exceptional gaming experiences.Perks and Benefits :- Monday to Friday working days (Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off)- Recurring Work Incentives- Performance based bonus- Referral Bonus- Rewards & Recognition- Employee Recreational Activities- Fun Fridays- Team quarterly parties and Annual outingsSalary range : As per company norms + PF & ESI/ Medical Insurance Benefits + Recurring Incentives + Additional Perks (ref:hirist.tech)
