Responsibilities:- Process Variant Configuration: Configure and optimize process variants within SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and workflows.- Email Services: Set up and customize email services within SuccessFactors for efficient communication and notification management.- Personal Data & Additional Data Collection: Configure and manage personal data and additional data collection fields to meet specific business requirements and compliance standards.- Integration Between RCM, ONB 2.0 & EC: Establish seamless integration between Recruitment Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB) 2.0, and Employee Central (EC) modules, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.- Field Mapping: Define and implement field mapping between RCM and ONB 2.0 to facilitate smooth data transfer and synchronization.- Customization in ONB 2.0: Customize Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 modules according to business requirements, including offboarding configurations and Manage UI configuration.- Configure Object Definition: Define and configure object definitions within SuccessFactors to align with organizational structures and processes.- Business Rules: Develop and implement business rules based on business requirements to automate processes and ensure data integrity.- PDF Forms, I9 Forms, E-Verify, E-Signature: Configure and manage PDF forms, I9 forms, E-Verify, and E-Signature functionalities within SuccessFactors.- Static and Dynamic Documents Configurations: Set up static and dynamic document configurations to support document management processes within SuccessFactors.Qualifications:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.- In-depth knowledge of Recruitment Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB) 2.0, and Employee Central (EC) modules.- Strong understanding of process variant configuration and customization capabilities within SuccessFactors.- Experience with email services configuration and management.- Proficiency in configuring personal data, additional data collection, and object definitions.- Hands-on experience in field mapping between modules and integration setup.- Ability to develop and implement business rules to automate processes.- Familiarity with PDF forms, I9 forms, E-Verify, and E-Signature functionalities.- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
