Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled RF Manager to lead our RF engineering team and oversee the design, optimization, and performance of our wireless communication networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and quality of our RF systems and services. As an RF Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop RF strategies, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of RF engineers responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of wireless communication networks.- Develop RF design guidelines, standards, and procedures to ensure optimal network performance and coverage.- Plan and coordinate RF surveys, site selection, and network planning activities for new deployments and expansions.- Conduct RF modeling, propagation analysis, and spectrum management to optimize network capacity and coverage.- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure RF equipment and services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for RF safety, emissions, and interference mitigation.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support teams.- Stay up-to-date with the latest RF technologies, trends, and best practices in the telecommunications industry.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. - Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience in RF engineering, wireless network design, and optimization, with at least years in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of RF principles, propagation theory, antenna theory, and wireless communication protocols (e.g., LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi).- Proficiency in RF design and simulation tools such as Atoll, Planet, iBwave, or similar software.- Experience with RF measurement equipment, spectrum analyzers, and drive test tools.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications :- Professional certifications such as Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP), Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS), or similar credentials.- Experience with small cell deployments, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and in-building wireless solutions.- Familiarity with RF regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., FCC, ETSI, 3GPP).- Knowledge of emerging RF technologies and trends, such as mmWave, Massive MIMO, and beamforming.
