Job Description :Actively looking for Business Analyst -Fresher with strong communication and analytical skills. Freshers with relevant internship experience or coursework related to business analysis can apply.What will you need to be successful in this role :- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse business requirements and identify solutions.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and project teams.- Documentation Skills: Ability to document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications accurately.- Team Collaboration: Capacity to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements.- Aim to align your knowledge against BABoK and certification aspirations (ECBA, CCBAor CBAP)Good to have :- Internship Experience: Previous internship or coursework related to business analysis.- Methodology Familiarity: Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL or database concepts.- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysisCOMPETENCIES :- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.- Attention to Detail: Accurate and meticulous in documentation and analysis.- Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)QUALIFICATIONS : Excellent academic record - B.E./B.Tech IT, CSE with MBA, M.S.LOCATION :All roles at Byteridge are Work from Home except in cases where Clients may ask you to work at their location or in cases where performance issues are identified. If you are asked by the Client to work in a location other than our base locations (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore & Delhi) you may claim an extra reimbursement as per policy. (ref:hirist.tech)
