We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator with expertise in JavaScript and PowerShell scripting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SharePoint environment, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and usability. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements and implementing solutions using SharePoint, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting.JD:1. Experience in SharePoint admin.2. Experience in PowerShell.3. Experience in JavaScriptNotice Period: Immediate - 30 Days.Responsibilities:SharePoint Administration:Design, configure, and administer SharePoint sites, including site collections, lists, libraries, and workflows.Manage permissions and security settings to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring optimal system functionality.Implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard SharePoint data and configurations.Custom Development:Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks, such as user provisioning, site creation, and content management.Create custom solutions using JavaScript to extend SharePoint functionality, including web parts, forms, and workflows.Integrate SharePoint with other systems and platforms using REST APIs and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Scripting and Automation:Utilize PowerShell scripting to streamline deployment processes, configuration management, and system monitoring.Implement automation scripts for repetitive tasks, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.Maintain version control and documentation for all PowerShell and JavaScript codebase.Technical Support:Provide technical support to end users, resolving SharePoint-related issues and answering inquiries in a timely manner.Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to promote SharePoint best practices and usage guidelines.Stay informed about SharePoint updates, patches, and new features, evaluating their impact on existing deployments.Mandatory Skills: SharePoint admin, PowerShell and JavaScript (ref:hirist.tech)
