Role : Workforce Intelligence Visualization AnalystThis is a full-time position with D SquareExperience : 2 - 5 Years Location : BangaloreWork From OfficeJob Summary :The Workforce Intelligence Visualization Analyst is responsible for assisting in the analysis, collecting, and distributing data for reports, monitoring ongoing maintenance, recommending, and implementing improvements, preparing periodic reports, and training staff on system access and utilization. As the Analyst, you will provide HR data support to the HR team and participate in the development and maintenance of the organization's HRISMust-Have :- 2-5 years of experience in data visualization or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with either Tableau or Power BI is must.- The ideal candidate should possess significant experience with one tool and a strong understanding of another tool within the Tableau and Power BI ecosystem.- Must have experience with Python & SQL.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.- 2-5 years of related experience in conducting workforce intelligence analysis and visualization.- Degree or Equivalent in HR, Computer Science, or related field.- Experience with HRIS systems and data managementGood to Have :- Familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques to handle messy or incomplete datasets.- Demonstrated abilities with SQL and Python.- Excellent communication and training skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and other stakeholders.- Visier and Workday experience is a plus.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain visualizations that provide insights into workforce intelligence data.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data.- Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.- Continuously improve data visualization techniques to enhance the user experience.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization.- Conduct workforce intelligence analysis and visualization to provide insights to HR team.- Develop and maintain HRIS applications including needs analysis, capacity planning, and implementation of improvements and enhancements.- Prepare periodic reports using HRIS system and distribute information to relevant stakeholders.- Train department and organizational staff on system access and utilization.- Ensure data integrity monitoring and administration of HRIS system.- Assist in ongoing maintenance of HRIS applications.
