Job Description :- Should have worked on Pre-sales activities - Should have given inputs to RFPs or HLDs OR- Should have managed one portion while working on RFPs and HLDs- Solution designer, Solution consultant or Junior architect will fit into the given requirements and experience levelBehavioral skill : - Must have pursuit mindset for each new opportunities- Good communication skillsAs a Pre-Sales Cloud Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company's cloud solutions by engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored cloud solutions to meet their needs. You will serve as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process, showcasing your expertise in cloud technologies and guiding clients through the benefits and features of our offerings.Responsibilities :- Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our cloud solutions.- Act as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS).- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.- Conduct in-depth technical discussions and workshops with clients to address their questions, concerns, and objections related to cloud solutions.- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and roadmap of our cloud offerings.- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape in cloud computing to effectively position our solutions in the market.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Collaborate with marketing teams to create collateral, case studies, and other materials that support pre-sales activities and showcase our cloud expertise.- Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize the pre-sales experience and drive revenue growth.
