Description:
Project Description : Provide End to End Development solution to one of the largest Corporate banking products by scaling up the latest technology stack by adopting the cloud based services under GTB Securities API stream.Responsibilities : - Requirement gathering, business analysis (GAP & Impact Analysis), preparing user stories, conducting product backlog sessions, sprint retrospective, preparing test cases, testing coordination, training documents & conducting training sessions for Operations users; provide post-release support; and tracking any issues identified in the log tracker and getting them fixed- Working with project sponsors, stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts to understand and document business requirements, problem statements for changes in applications, platform migration and automation- Experience in Agile Project Management to drive change projects related to IT simplifications, change transformations, and regulatory implementations.- Tracking Project milestones, building Project artifacts (Business Case, Project Charter, RAID Log, RACI Matrix, process flows)Mandatory Skills Description : - Overall 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Settlement and Custody domains.- Experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry in the Finance domain.- Knowledge of Capital Market activities, Financial Products, and Financial Terminologies is a must.- Understanding of the Trade Life Cycle.- Good experience in working with business operations and service lines to identify business needs, define change agenda and prepare business cases.- Thorough understanding of the complete Software Development Lifecycle- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks.- Good communication, good interpersonal skills, coordination activities, self-motivation, and inclination to constantly upgrade on new developments in the industry.- Ability to understand business requirements easily and translate them into functional requirements.- Capability to understand and analyze complex IT applications and financial product structures.- Excellent documentation ability.- Have experience in preparing requirement specifications and performing UAT.Nice-to-Have Skills : Basic technical understanding of Database, and development environments like Bitbucket, GitLanguages : English : C2 Proficient (ref:hirist.tech)
