Responsibilities Team Leadership Must have a minimum of 6 years in recruitment Must be well versed with Excel Lead & manage a group of recruiters Provide guidance and support to help them perform their best Work with different stake holders to understand the manpower needs and develop strategies to attract and hire the right candidates Oversee & coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Ensure a smooth and positive experience for al the stake holders Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Recruitment Actively search for potential candidates using various platforms like job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements. Reach out to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and evaluate their interest and suitability. Assess and evaluate candidates based on interview performance, skills, and relevant experience. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates and incorporate it into the decision-making process. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Focus on providing a positive and respectful experience for candidates, regardless of the outcome. ***The candidate must be from Hyderabad only.
