Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for a multinational brand in the Asian market, focusing on increasing market share and revenue Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective promotional activities Provide regular reports and insights to the global sales leadership, contributing to the overall business strategy Requirements: Proven success in commercial sales within Asia, ideally in multinational brand sales or related industries In-depth knowledge of the Asian market dynamics, consumer preferences, and regulatory landscapes Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with key players in the retail and distribution channels Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt global strategies to regional nuances Excellent communication and leadership skillsSalary range: INR 20 LPA + commission
