About the job Role Overview: Type of Employment: Full-time Location: Remote As a Quantitative Clinical Researcher, you will spearhead our quantitative clinical research initiatives. You will be instrumental in:Conducting rigorous research on digital health interventions and spearheading publication efforts.Independently performing data cleaning and quantitative data analysis.Supporting grant writing and fostering collaborations with global research institutions. Desirable Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.Competence in statistical programming with R or Python.Experience in academic writing and research publication. Knowledge of thematic and content qualitative analysis. Leadership and Team Building Capabilities: Engage with all organizational levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Excel in problem-solving, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Pursue scientific inquiry and research rigorously. Commit to maintaining the highest standards of research ethics. Cultivate strong professional relationships and foster a sense of ownership and pride in contributing to the companys success. Qualifications: We welcome candidates with Bachelors and above degrees who have a strong foundation in quantitative research.
