Our platform delivers Advanced Reporting, Business Insights and Predictive Analytics for Auto Dealers, helping them make better decisions that have positive impact on their business.We are part of a diversified automotive solutions company with offices around the world and we service thousands of dealerships worldwide. We intend to establish FrogData as a dominant player in the analytics market for the automotive industry and are investing heavily in technology and people.We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and development for our growing data analytics platform. As CTO you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of product development, managing software engineering teams, and guiding the evolution of our technology architecture and roadmap.Responsibilities :- Own and innovate our SaaS Data Analytics Platform - Explore and innovate on new cloud and AI/ML technologies- Lead a first-class engineering team: be the expert of your product, create a culture of quality, learn and mentor to continuously improve you and your team's knowledge, technical capabilities, and soft skills- Lead the architecture & implementation of AI-driven cloud-based software- Create product and technology roadmaps, working collaboratively across business, product, and technical leadership- Consult & collaborate with engineering, product stakeholders, partners, and customers- Be agile in planning and execution, working in parallel on multiple solutions- Occasionally travel to meet with customers, prospects, and other engineering teams- Oversee infrastructure, security, DevOps, and other technical operations- Guide technology decisions by staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends- Recruit and mentor top technical talent to build high-performing engineering teams- Promote software development best practices, automation, and process improvementsRequirements :- 15+ years of technology leadership experience, with a track record of delivering complex software platforms- Deep expertise in modern software architectures, data pipelines, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning- Software engineering experience with full-stack programming languages (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, Django)- Master-level programming ability in full-stack programming languages- Master-level experience with APIs, API integrations, and web services- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ability to leverage AI-based tools to develop software, programs, tools to implement into organization- Experience managing and scaling engineering teams- Entrepreneurial mindset, bias for action, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and leadership skillsThis is an opportunity to join a fast-growing startup and lead the technology platform powering our cutting-edge data analytics SaaS.
