Project Description:We are currently collaborating with a prominent European Bank on their Murex program, and we are seeking skilled professionals to join our team.As part of this program, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated client team, actively participating in all stages of the project from initiation to implementation.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for capital markets products.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.- Implement and optimize trading algorithms, risk management tools, and pricing models.- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices through code reviews and refactoring.- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase, providing timely resolutions.- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in capital markets technology to propose innovative solutions.- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Mandatory Skills Description:- 5+ years of experience in a similar role- Proficiency in C++ programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.- Solid knowledge of capital markets, including trading processes, financial instruments, and market data.- Experience working with any of the market products such as Calypso, Summit, and preferably Murex.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Nice-to-Have Skills:- Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python or Java.- Experience with distributed computing and parallel programming.- Knowledge of financial mathematics and quantitative analysis.- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.- Previous experience in developing trading systems or risk management software.- Certification or coursework related to capital markets or financial engineering.
