Description:
Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of CamStar/OpCenter solutions to meet business requirements and operational needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and design solution architectures.- Develop custom functionalities, workflows, and interfaces within the CamStar/OpCenter platform to support manufacturing processes and integrate with other systems.- Design and implement data models, including database schema design and configuration, to support data storage and retrieval requirements.- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using CamStar/OpCenter reporting tools to provide insights into manufacturing performance and KPIs.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including mentoring junior developers and reviewing code to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, IT, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.- Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and CamStar/OpCenter, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving technical issues and providing guidance on system usage and best practices.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 4-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on CamStar/OpCenter development.- Proficiency in CamStar/OpCenter development tools and technologies, including CamStar Studio, OpCenter Designer, and OpCenter Execution.- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, with experience in implementing solutions within manufacturing environments.- Experience with database technologies, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, and proficiency in SQL queries and database design.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.- Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers is a plus.- Experience with integration technologies and protocols, such as REST APIs, SOAP, or MQTT, is desirable.
