Description:
Job Description :- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software UI Architect to join our growing team.- You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across our software applications.- You will define the UI vision, translate it into actionable plans, and lead the development of a scalable and maintainable UI architecture.Responsibilities :- Define and implement the overall UI vision and strategy for our software applications.- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms (web, mobile, desktop).- Translate design concepts and user flows into technical specifications for UI development.- Design and develop a scalable and reusable UI component library to ensure consistency and efficiency.- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI trends, technologies, and best practices (e.g., accessibility, responsive design).- Conduct UI research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.- Establish and maintain UI coding standards and guidelines for developers.- Work with front-end developers to implement UI components and ensure technical feasibility.- Mentor and guide front-end developers on UI best practices and design principles.- Evaluate and recommend new UI technologies and tools to enhance development processes.- Document UI architecture decisions, component libraries, and design patterns for future reference.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- 5+ years of experience as a UI Architect or similar role- Proven experience in defining and implementing UI vision for complex software applications- In-depth knowledge of UI design principles, interaction design, and information architecture- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UI frameworks (e.g. , React, Angular)- Experience with designing and developing reusable UI component libraries- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality UI design (ref:hirist.tech)
