Our products include Interactive Media Solutions for Automotive, Web Platform, CRM, Online Marketing and Virtual Reality Platform for the Automotive industry.Position OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Principal Architect with expertise in Java Full Stack technologies to lead our architecture team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions, along with extensive experience in product development.Responsibilities :- Lead the architectural design and development of innovative software solutions using Java Full Stack technologies.- Define technical strategies and roadmaps to align with the company's business objectives and product roadmap.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical requirements, design specifications, and project timelines.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architecture and development teams.- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, scalability, and security of software systems.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the company's products and services.- Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company at industry conferences and events.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 15+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a focus on Java Full Stack technologies.- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust software architectures for enterprise-grade applications.- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular/React/Vue.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices-based applications.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Prior experience in a product company or startup environment is highly desirable.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence.Benefits :- Competitive salary package- Comprehensive health insurance- Retirement savings plan- Professional development opportunities- Collaborative and inclusive work culture (ref:hirist.tech)
