Experience :- 19 to 25 years of progressive experience in project management, with a minimum of 10 years leading complex technical projects.- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope in a technical environment.- PMP certification required.Technical Skills :- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) with the ability to adapt to specific project needs.- Strong knowledge of technical concepts relevant to the industry (specify the industry the role is for).- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, operations, and other technical specialists.- Proven ability to assess technical feasibility and identify potential risks in technical projects.- Experience in project estimation, resource allocation, and budget management for technical projects.- Familiarity with technical project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).Project Management Skills :- Expertise in all phases of the project lifecycle : initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate, guide, and collaborate effectively with teams.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage expectations and communicate project progress effectively.- Experience in change management and risk management processes.Additional Skills :- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure project deliverables meet all quality standards.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion.- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Manage project scope, risks, and issues proactively.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.- Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.- Manage project budgets and track expenditures.- Report project status to stakeholders regularly.- Stay up-to-date on the latest project management best practices and industry trends.
